Personalize Your E-Commerce Deliveries and Correspondences
With Professionally Made Shipping and Mailing Labels

Establish your company’s brand with well-designed custom shipping and mailing labels. Include these in every e-commerce package or personalized correspondence for your customers.

Mix, match, and combine details to distinguish your brand. Select from several standard shapes or specify a custom size for your design. Print in elegant matte or shiny gloss coating to elevate the look of your label. Here are more advantages of personalizing the details of your mailing labels.

Benefits of Customized Mailing Labels

Distinguish your label with a custom size and shape.

Your mailing label needs to reflect the impact your company wants to make. It’s the first point of interaction between you and your customer in that envelope or package. Print in a square or rectangle label for a classic, professional look. You could also be more adventurous with an arch, hexagon, or starburst shaped label. Rounded corners give it a sleek touch. Choose from different sizes for each shape or specify custom dimensions based on your own design.

Materials that combine form and function.

Print your mailing label in waterproof vinyl to protect it from the elements. Choose white, clear, silver, or rainbow holographic BOPP if you need a colored or transparent background. Add a protective laminate like gloss to give it a vibrant shine or print in elegant matte for easy reading.

Fast and easy application with singles (formerly known as cut-to-size) or roll labels.

Are you adding each mailing label by hand? Order up to 25 singles pieces for fast and easy application. Larger quantities at 250 pieces or more work best in the roll format. One roll can fits a label gun.

Expert-Level Tips on Creating Distinct Mailing Labels

Use a theme to guide your design.

Decide on a theme that relates to your overall brand identity and the purpose of your mailing labels. Are you sending out personalized greetings? Perhaps a letter-themed design would work on the envelope. Releasing a new product or delivering a staple to subscribers? Use the same set of colors, elements, and other visuals used for the packaging.

Keep the text focused.

Design your address label such that it effectively highlights your company name. What font size and color works best with your chosen label size and shape? How will it be placed above the address itself? Consider these options and see how it comes out in the final design.

Combine complementary fonts.

Try to stick to just two font styles for your mailing label design. Anything above two will make it hard to read. You could combine script style fonts with modern sans serif types. Brands with a professional look usually adhere to two modern fonts.

Highlight your logo.

Always include your logo or any other unique branding element to your address label. This element advertises your company and increases brand recognition. It also helps customers identify the package upon receipt.

Q:
How many labels come on a single roll? For example, if I order 1000, is it one roll of a thousand, two rolls of 500? Also, can I get a quote for a quantity 1500 or is the break only between 1M and 2M?
Asked 5 months ago by Karen O.
A:

There is no standard number of stickers per roll. Our Production Team may do this per your instructions but we would charge a small set up fee per roll. Once you upload you file, please add the job to cart.  Give us a call and speak to a Custom Representative so they can insert the set up fees into your invoice as well as notify our Production Team of your request.

Q:
is there any amount that qualifies for free shipping?
Asked 6 months ago by kim e.
A:

Unfortunately, we don't have any current shipping promos.  If you sign up to our Mailing List, our marketing group sends coupon codes out periodically. If you have your own Fedex or UPS shipping account, you can also use this instead of the shipping services offered online.
