UPrinting's self-inking rubber stamps are the perfect way to save time when processing documents or mailings. Personalize your own to easily affix names, signatures, certifications, quality assurance stamps, and more. Anyone who handles these tasks on a regular basis knows what a time-saver this creates, especially when working on routine tasks like paying bills or addressing envelopes.
Create your own text:
- Small stamp: 4 lines of text maximum
- Medium stamp: 5 lines of text maximum
- Large stamp: 6 lines of text maximum
- X-Large: 7 lines of text maximum
- Square: 9 lines of text maximum
- Round: 9 lines of text maximum
Custom rubber stamps are available in three sizes and come with black ink.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refilling. These self-Inking stamps will make up to 10,000 impressions before needing replacement.
The customer will need to submit the design for us to use on the Rubber Stamp. We don't create the design but we can help you with the guidelines on the artwork you need to submit since there is only a limited area for this on the rubber stamp. You may also download the template to guide you on how to create the design depending on which application you will use (i.e Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat or Phoptoshop).
Unfortunately we can only use black ink on these rubber stamps. Even tints/screens will be converted to solid black.
Yes you may. Select the size of your rubber stamp and your artwork should correspond to this. Then click on "Upload Your File and Order Now" tab below the Configure and Price Calculator. Please keep all text size to at least 7 points as there may be legibility issues if it is smaller. No Bleeds or Safe Zone requirements. Please just use Black and White colors and avoid tints/screens for best results.
Your files will be reviewed for printing errors without paying a cent.
