Our stands accommodate banners up to 8’ x 8’, but with an extension pole, you can showcase banners as large as 10’ x 8’, allowing for a larger group presence and more brand visibility.

Effortless Step and Repeat Banner Assembly Guide
Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:
- Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.
- Secure Banner to Poles: Unroll the banner and slide the top and bottom horizontal poles through the banner's pole pockets.
- Attach Poles Together: Fasten the horizontal poles (with the banner now attached) to the top of the vertical poles. Adjust their spacing based on the banner's width.
- Adjust and Stand: Extend the vertical poles to raise the banner to the desired height. If available, insert the center support bar for extra stability.

The store is normally closed on weekends but it would be easier to give us a call to speak to a Customer Support Representative to answer all your questions regarding banner printing.
If you order the Banner + Stand, it will include all the aluminum poles and stand for you to set up the banner and we ship it with a soft canvas carrying case. You have options for one, two or three business days for printing. Our presses are closed on weekends and holidays. This will commence the day after you approve the proof or waive the proof before the cut off time of 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. Printing time is separate from shipping transit time so depending on the shipping method selected and where we are shipping to, the shipping transit time may vary. We also only count printing time once the file is deemed good for printing. If you submit files with low resolution, incorrect sizing, or any file issue that can impact the result, this will be coordinated with you and resolved first. The time consumed here is not included in the printing time, regardless if the job is fully paid.
The 10' x 8' refers to the printing surface. The extra space used for the pole pockets are around 4.5" on top and bottom. You need to extend your bleed for the background color around .125' outside the trim line on all sides so we may extend this to cover the pole pocket on top and bottom and avoid any white space on the edge of your artwork. We do not use pantone colors. We follow a CMYK color format so please make sure you convert your colors accordingly to set your expectations as we do not guarantee color matching. We do not offer options for grommets as none are needed in the setting up of the banner. We have a video on the website on how to assemble this. If you need grommets, this maybe arranged through our Custom Department.
We need you to submit the file in PDF format and we need your file resolution to be between 200-300 DPI. We do accept other file formats but we eventually convert these to PDF for proofing (if requested) and for production. As with the bleed size mentioned earlier, contrastingly our safe zone size is also .125" but inside the trim line. You need to place all your design elements inside the safe zone so that it will not be inadvertently cut in production.
Unfortunately neon colors are very difficult to achieve using large format printing. We can print as close as possible but cannot guarantee color matching.
We have facilities in Van Nuys, California; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Wixom, Michigan. Orders are placed online and shipped directly to customers but we do have pick up options for Van Nuys and Wixom.
We can do that as a custom job as the 6.8 Polyester Fabric is not a standard option. We suggest you set up an order for the step and repeat banner with the corresponding size and then give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative who will process the invoice for production.
