BOPP stands for biaxially oriented polypropylene, a waterproof, oil-resistant,
and tear-resistant material commonly used in stickers, labels, and food
packaging. Although vinyl shares the same qualities, it is much more durable
and thicker than BOPP, which makes it the better choice for outdoor
applications.
It will ultimately depend on the size of your stickers. Please reach out to our
team if you need a specific number of stickers per roll.
Our stickers won’t leave a residue if you don’t get them wet before removal.
To remove the adhesive, gently peel off a corner and lift parallel to the

That can actually be configured on the Custom Sticker Rolls page but the minimum quantity is for 250 pieces. You will need to click on Custom for the size and select the 1.25" x 2" dimensions on the corresponding drop down options.. You would then need to select Clear BOPP for the material. Printing cost would be $95.91 for the 6 business day printing turnaround (not including shipping transit time) option. This does not include shipping cost and taxes.
We really cant guarantee an exact color match and will print as close as possible to what you submit on your artwork. We print using a CMYK color standard so it would be best to design your artwork with the same color mode and submit it to us in a PDF file with at least a 250-300 DPI resolution. We can provide a PDF for you to approve before the job goes into production but not a hard copy proof. Also, please be reminded that a CMYK color viewed on a computer screen will be different from what the actual output will be.
Finally, we would also recommend you use the White Vinyl material if they are going on ice cream cups as the other stocks are made of paper and are not water or frost proof.
Depending on the size of the stickers, production will decide on how many stickers can actually be printed on one roll. However, we can have these set up as you need. However, there will be a minimal set up fee for doing this and must be coordinated through the Custom Department to include in your invoice. We suggest you set up an account online and then give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative to set up your order so you may see the total cost.
Yes, going with just the background being metallic is the best option. To get optimal results, there needs to be a contrast between the background and the QR code. We have heard reports that the foil can cause interference so unfortunately, we cannot make guarantees in this situation.
Yes, that is possible. However, this means a die will be created to make that pattern and so there will also be set up fees and die cutting charges for that. If you wish to get a quote, please create an account and give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative.
