As long as these are correctly sized to what you ordered and with a resolution of 250-300 DPI, our Prepress team will be able to send you a proof for your approval before it goes to production. Make sure to click on "Start with a FREE Proof" to enable this request.
Yes, the back side will be the natural color of the paper. You can actually print on both sides if you select Front and Back for the Spot UV option. The price difference is minimal and you can have Spot UV on both sides. Just be careful of the location of the Spot UV as it should not occupy the same space as the reverse side.
