Yes, as long as the surface is smooth and free of dust or grime, these signs can be placed on most flat surfaces. Just make sure the background color blends well to the glass as both surfaces will reflect light.
We can cut that small. However, since the sizes are not standard, the job would need to be processed by our Custom Department. We would need to request you to create an account and give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative so that they can send you a quote and possibly recommend other materials that would be similar such as Vinyl Stickers or Foil Stickers.
