Make an eye-catching presentation each and every time. Custom foam boards are the professional choice when it comes to meetings and in-house promotions. It adds visual interest and impact, whether it’s used to explain sales data or to display what’s currently on sale.
These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.
Caring for your foam boards.
Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in use. When laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.
To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

Customer Questions
You may use concrete screws, self drilling screws, standoffs, washers or wedge anchors. However, since the material is foam board, the screws may seem to be made of stronger material than the sign so you need to be careful that once these are drilled, it must just be enough to firmly hold the sign in place but not enough to tear through. As such we have options that do not require hole drilling such as double sided adhesive strips, 3 M command strips and velcro. Some customers have also used putty, wood glue or carpenter's glue.
You may also wish to take a look at our Metal or Aluminum Signs as these are sturdier and mounting them with screws would seem more appropriate.
Yes, you will get 20 easels.
If you intend to write on them please select the Dry Erase for the Lamination option. Then you may also opt for the Dry Erase Marker Kit as accessories. These come with some different colored markers, an eraser and the cleaning fluid which with periodic use, allows for any stains to be effectively cleaned off on the writing surface. Sharpies would be used but once the ink dries, these would leave permanent marks.
The foam board will hold that material in place. However, if you are just going to use it as a mounting apparatus, there would be no need to purchase it from us as we would charge the same as if there was artwork to be printed on the foamboard.
It would be ideal if you may provide a die cut line (using a dotted line) around your artwork. You may then request for a free proof so we can send you a pdf file of what the final artwork will look like. You will need to approve this before it goes into production. Please note that the resolution needs to be 250-300 DPI for optimal production and we also use a CMYK color system.
