Custom Foil Printing Options
Foil flyers can be ordered in sizes from 4" x 6" (the standard size for personal printed photos), to 5" x 7" (about the size of a large travel postcard). You can choose between a classic 14 pt. uncoated cardstock for better writability, or a premium water-resistant 16 pt. silk laminated stock for an upscale look and feel.
Choose between copper, gold, silver, black, blue, and red foil highlights to make any logo pop, or to add a premium look to your flyer designs. We also have high-gloss spot UV and rounded corner options to make your custom foil flyers stand out even more.

2 Paper/Stock Options
14 pt. Cardstock Uncoated
- A thick and hefty cardstock that isn’t prone to bending and folding
- Uncoated sides allow for writability with a pen or marker
16 pt. Cardstock
- Comes with a silk laminate that increases its weight to 18 pt. for extra heft and weight
- Silk laminate has a slight sheen and is very smooth, which complements the foil’s shine
- Water and tear-resistant surface

Guidelines for setting up your print file for foil printing.
- If applying foil to text, use font size of 8 pt. or larger.
- Strokes or borders must be more than 1.5 pt. thick.
- Limit foil coverage to 50% of the surface area.
- The foil mask should be a separate layer on your file (download our free file setup template for more information).
