How to Make Sheet Labels for Your Business
Choose the sheet size based on the number of labels you need.
Do you need a lot of mailing labels or just a few for asset management? Our sheet labels give you the flexibility of printing what you need, when you need it. You can print up to 30 pieces of 2.685” x 1” labels on each 8.5” x 11” sheet. If you need only two pieces of 2” x 2” labels, you can opt for a smaller sheet size such as 4” x 6”.
Print with materials that elevate the look of your artwork. Our labels are printed in either indoor-friendly white paper sticker or 70 lb. label and white vinyl sticker for outdoor use.
- White paper sticker is ideal for general indoor use. It is made of smooth, semi-gloss, pressure-sensitive adhesive paper. This material sticks to most surfaces and is best used for decorative purposes.
- 70 lb. label is our most popular label material. It comes with a matte, gloss, and high-gloss finish. The label’s surface is writable with a permanent ink marker, making it perfect for personalized handwritten labels.
- White vinyl sticker is the most durable label material we offer. It is 4 mil thick, and is resistant to tearing moisture, and UV exposure. White vinyl labels come with a high-gloss finish.

Frequently Asked Questions
The number of labels you can print on a sheet depends on the size of both the label and the sheet. For basic rectangular shapes, you can print up to thirty labels 2.685” x 1” in size on a single 8.5” x 11” sheet. When designing custom shapes, just keep in mind that the labels need to be at least 1” x 1” in size and have a 0.25” from each other. Refer to the table below which illustrates how many custom-shaped labels can be printed on two common sheet sizes.

For labels printed in basic shapes, we use an 8.5” x 11” sheet. For custom shaped labels, you can choose from four different sizes: 4" x 6", 8.5" x 11", 5.5" x 8.5", and 3.5" x 8". You can also order a custom size as long as the dimensions fit inside an 8.5” x 11” sheet.

Yes, the uncoated option allows you to write on the white paper sticker material with a pen or marker. Perfect for writing down the customer’s mailing details on personalized address labels.
