Make labels eye-catching even before using them. Kiss-cut labels let you print on the borders, giving you a wider area to print important information without detracting from the design. Similar to die-cut labels, kiss-cut labels give you the versatility of custom shapes while retaining the paper backing. This makes them fuss-free and easy to peel. It also protects intricate designs from getting damaged while in transit. You can print kiss-cut labels in orders as few as 100 and choose from 4 finishing options available.
Materials to Bring Your Design to Life
While kiss-cut labels empower your brand to put a creative spin on logo design, it’s the label materials that make the label design come to life. Choose one that best fits what you need:
- 70 lb. label is the ideal material for general purposes. This is best for indoor use. Three finishing coats are available. Choose from matte, gloss, and high gloss. Take care not to let the label come into contact with water or moisture.
- BOPP is the thickest label material that we offer. It has a protective UV coat that gives the surface an extra shine. It is tear-proof and waterproof, making it the best label for outdoor exposure.

Kiss-Cut Label Design Guidelines
When creating kiss-cut labels, keep in mind that each label must be at least 1” in size and spaced 0.25” at a minimum from the other labels and the edge of the sheet. Define the kiss-cut line on each label on the sheet by using a 1 pt. stroke in 100% magenta. The cut line must not have sharp corners. The corner radius has a minimum measurement of 0.04" but it is typically 0.125".

Kiss-cut labels print the design on a rectangular backing that you can peel away.
Die-cut labels are cut exactly to the shape on your design until the edge of the whole size. In other words, you get the label cut in the shape without any surrounding background.
BOPP material is weatherproof, waterproof, and tearproof. It can withstand exposure to various elements and is recommended for items that will be displayed outdoors.

Yes, we will need customers to submit their own designs. There are some guidelines to followf ro your files:
- Leave .25" space between the kiss-cut label and trim line.
- The Kiss-cut label cannot be smaller than 1" x 1"
- Use a 1 Pt. stroke to indicate the kiss-cut line.
