Customer Questions
As a policy, we assume the customer has selected the correct size as we simply follow the dimensions submitted. At this point, we advise you to simulate the label you need by cutting a piece of paper and trimming it to the nearest inch or half inch (i.e, 2" x 3.5" or 3" x 4") . Once you are satisfied with the size, you need to fill up the specifications on the product page and upload the file you need printed. Please make sure the artwork has a 250-300 DPI resolution for optimal printing and designed following the exact width and height ordered.
You may then order a free PDF proof which we send you for approval before the job goes into production. The proof is sent in actual size (view at 100%) and will contain the trim and bleed marks. You can actually print this out on your end and manually cut it exactly where the trim marks indicate to test it on your product.
In situations where customers aren't satisfied with the product they received, we will investigate to see if we made any printing errors or cut the label incorrectly. We would normally reprint these if we are at fault without any cost to the customer. However, if the mistake is not on our end, we will coordinate with you to work out a reasonable discount in reprinting the order in the corect size.
You would need to order them separately. Our pricing is based on one design per quantity. The set up cost of each design is separate and we can only get the cost efficiency if the design is the same. However, our pricing is one of the most competitive in the market and you can also many other products like posters, banners, brochures, business cards and even Promotional Items. If you ship regularly, we suggest getting your own shipping account with Fedex or UPS to use so that you can have further cost savings.
Yes, this size would be an available option for our Roll Stickers. We also have Sheet Labels that are sized fractionally bigger at 2.685" x 1". If you really need this to be individually cut, it becomes a custom order and since it would requirie a die, the cost would be substantially higher.
