Our custom postcards and brochures come with an optional direct mail service once you reach a certain quantity. If you get this service as an add-on, we can ship your postcards or brochures directly to your customers’ homes. Our team will take care of printing, addressing, and even the USPS drop-off. We can also mail other custom products such as booklets and invitations—get in touch with us to know more.

EDDM is a direct mail service that helps you promote your business within your community. With EDDM, you can reach a very targeted group of customers who are most likely to use your business. To see which neighborhoods your customers are in, please use the USPS mapping tool.

We work with the USPS to deliver postcards and brochures to your selected postal route.

Direct mail is best for campaigns that target a specific demographic. If you choose this option, each brochure or postcard is inked with a recipient and their address. Meanwhile, EDDM is for location-based campaigns. Because you’re targeting specific mailing routes or zip codes, there’s no need for a mailing list.

For direct mail, your mailer should be at least 3.5” x 5” up to 12” x 15”. For EDDM, the minimum height and length is 6.125” x 10.75” while the maximum is 12” x 15”. The majority of our mailable print products also come in custom sizes, so these required dimensions should not be a problem.

You will only need to provide your own mailing list if you are getting direct mail. We can also generate a mailing list on your behalf to ensure that your campaign reaches your target audience.
