To get an idea of when you’ll receive your order, consider the turnaround time (production time) and the shipping time.
For example: 3 business days turnaround + 5 business days for ground shipping = 8 business days.
If you request a free PDF proof, it will be ready within six hours after you place your order. In case there are issues in your file, our team will contact you within 24 business hours. Remember that proofs approved before 5 p.m. PST will go into the printing queue, while those approved after 5 p.m. PST will be placed in the printing queue the following day.
Seasonal volume and adverse weather conditions may affect the timing of delivery. We cannot guarantee the arrival of mail pieces by a specific date.

Yes, our 16pt silk laminated cards are laminated on both sides.
Hi! Thank you for your question! You can definitely send the artwork in one go. Our Team would consider page 1 as the front page and page 2 as the back page. Should you want to provide additional instructions, please feel free to leave a comment under the technical notes available on the upload page. Also, send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press. You can definitely upload your artwork in full bleed so we can make sure that no important elements will be compromised during the cutting process and this would also eliminate the appearance of white border along the edges of the final product. The artwork needs to be built to the final trim size plus 1/8″ bleed on each side. Also, when generating the file into the proper format, do not use any crop or printer marks as these will increase the dimensions of the design file.

I understand that you will need envelopes with them, but I'm afraid the standard postcards do not come with envelopes. On the other hand, if these need to have envelopes, we do offer Note Cards with envelopes. Please click the link below for reference:
If, however, you need postcards to be mailed out with envelopes, then this may be a custom order. In this case, we will need to coordinate this with one of our product consultants. You may reach out to us either via chat or phone call.

Great news! I understand that you wanted to make sure that your order would be printed in portrait, and we can definitely do so. We actually follow the orientation of the artwork. So, as long as the artwork's orientation is portrait or landscape, we will be following that.

As much as we would like to accommodate this type of request, I'm afraid we are unable to do combined shipments. Due to our production process, it is possible that items on the same order may be printed separately on different gangs. Each item may be printed in a separate run, and items in the order may not finish printing together. Production normally packs the items right after they finish printing, and due to the situation on the production floor where there are hundreds of orders every day, it's not ideal to wait for all items to finish printing before packing them.
As for the postage rates, if the question is about shipping costs, we charge shipping for each item. On the other hand, if the question is for mailing services for postcards, it would depend on the size of the mailers.
