If you request a free PDF proof, it will be ready within six hours after you place your order. In case there are issues in your file, our team will contact you within 24 business hours. Remember that proofs approved before 5 p.m. PST will go into the printing queue, while those approved after 5 p.m. PST will be placed in the printing queue the following day.
Seasonal volume and adverse weather conditions may affect the timing of delivery. We cannot guarantee the arrival of mail pieces by a specific date.

We can send you actual samples of our post cards if you order the free standard Offset Sample Kit on the website. However, if you need photos of real estate themed post cards, you can actually select the "Design Online" option after configuring the size and other specifications on the order page. Once you do that, the design tool will appear and may help you create your artwork for printing. If you click on "Premium Images" and then click on Real Estate, it will show you literally hundreds of high quality themed pictures to choose from and insert for the front side of your postcard. These are copy righted so you will need to pay a minimal fee to use them.

We will follow the orientation indicated in your artwork. However, you should always start with what the orientation is on the front of the card. We would normally flip this on the horizontal side to show you what the backside would look like. It would be best to request for a free PDF proof when placing this order so you can see how the artwork will face when printed. The proof would need to be approved before the job goes to print.
We are offering one design for the 25 quantity run. The set up cost of each design is separate and we can only get the cost efficiency per piece if the design is the same.
