Once you have a saved file of your QR Code, you may actually use the "Create Your Design Online" link to create your business card design and insert the QR code. After you are satisfied with the final design, you just need to save and place the order. Make sure to scan the QR code to see if it works properly.
The lamination will come after the printing. Based on your description, please check out our Foil Business Cards. You just need to indicate using another layer on your artwork, whch parts you need to have a foil effect.
