The turnaround time is how long it takes to produce your custom box order. Sample orders (less than 5 boxes) have a production time of 5 business days. Larger quantity orders require 10-15 business days for printing.

You can either use our online design tool or have us create it for you on your preferred editing software like Adobe Illustrator. Place your order first so we can prepare the file and then we will send you the PDF dieline template.

The Ordering Process

After you have used our design tool, our artwork team will review your file. You can either request for proof or proceed with printing without approving a proof. If you request a proof, the turnaround time or the number of days to produce your order starts after you have approved the sent file.

If you did not request a proof, the turnaround time starts as soon as we inspect and approve your artwork for production. Note that PDF proof approval is required for orders above $500.

Your order's arrival date will depend on your chosen shipping time.
