Yes, we can do that. The file you need to submit should have been taken for a large format print (meaning the setting of the camera should have been able to handle a large wide angle size) and the resolution at least 200-300 DPI. It would be best if we can take a look at the file so we can tell you the maximum size we can print if it is enough for your needs.
Since this is a polyester material, it is not really measured in the same way that paper and card stock is. Industry specifications measures it at .8 millimeter. You may wish to check our free Large Format Sample Kit for you to see the thickness first hand.
It should adhere as long as the area is relatively smooth and free of too much loose granite or dirt. Having any gaps or uneven rough surfaces will make the adhesive less effective. We would recommend going with the Adhesive Vinyl Material if this is for outdoor use.
It would be best to zip the file or use a third party application like wetransfer.com for us to get your file. You would need to create an account first and give us a call so we can set up an unpaid invoice. Once this is in place, we can make arrangements for the file to be uploaded using the earlier mentioned options.
We have heard our customers use this simmilarly and they have not encountered any issues just as long as they are cleaned with mild soap and water regularly. However, we must remind customers that the vinyl is tested from -65 degrees up to 200 degrees F. We would not recommend it to be exposed to high temperatures continuously.
