The tension fabric stand has interlocking tube hardware that you can link together. With no screws and pins to use, you can set up your pop-up display in no time flat. Slip the fabric into the frame, pull it taut, and your banner is ready for display.
What are the options for tension fabric stands?
Tension fabric displays come in two sizes: 36" x 90" and 48” x 90”. Order a banner that comes with an easy-to-assemble frame or print a new graphic if you only need the display. Choose between a stand with one single-sided banner and a stand with one double-sided banner.
Whether you choose to print graphics at the front only or front and back, your artwork will be printed in full color on an 6.8 oz. polyester fabric. Optional LED lights are also available if you want to put a spotlight on your display. Each stand comes with a soft canvas bag for easy storage and transportation.

How do I set up the tension fabric banner?
Follow the instructions below to set up your banner with the stand:
- Layout the poles.
- Assemble the frame according to the shape.
- Slide the graphic onto the connected poles.
Can I print on both sides of the banner?
Yes, you can print on both sides of the banner. Select “Stand + 1 Banner (Double-Sided)” under Display Options on the Graphic + Frame option or "Front and Back” as the Printed Side if you're only ordering the Graphic.
What is the fastest printing time available?
The 2-business-day option is the fastest printing time available. Note that shipping only starts after the designated production period. To find out how soon you can receive your banner, select “Estimate Shipping & Delivery” below the online calculator. Several estimated arrival dates will appear based on your ZIP code.

Customer Questions
The Banner itself will be folded down to fit in a box sized 14" x 13" x 3". This will weigh around 3 lbs. The stand will be fitted in a separate box sized 50" x 11" x 3" together with the aluminum poles and this will weigh around 24 lbs. Both packages will be shipped together and would weigh a total of approximately 28 lbs.
We cannot guarantee these are available as we do not sell parts individually. However, please give us a call and speak to a Custom Representative. He will get in touch with production to see if there are any available accessories in our plant.
Here are some tips for washing your banner:
- The display portion of the tension stand can be machine washed on a low spin cycle setting using cold water.
- Do not use heavy detergents or bleach.
- Allow the display to air dry after washing.
- Do not put the display in a tumble dryer, as using one will cause warping of the fabric and damage the printed design.
Assembled, the 36" x 90" Fabric banner together with the Stand and Support poles would weigh around 15 to 16 Lbs. We ship them separately.
The main difference is the thickness of the material. They are both actually made of elastic polyester which we need for these kinds of jobs where the fabric is stretched over the poles and be wrinkle resistant. The heavier stock is used for the bigger stands.
