How to Choose Your Canvas Wrap
Your wrap choice depends on how the artwork will bleed into the edges of your frame:
Gallery wrap extends and folds the artwork over the edges to cover the frame. This is recommended for a photo or illustration with a colored background.
Museum wrap will cover the frame with a black or white edge. It does not extend or wrap your artwork background until the frame.
Both wraps come in either a 1.5” or 0.75” wrap depth.
To ensure zero errors in our printing services, all files go through an automated and human-led review before passing it on to production. You can also preview the file before printing by requesting PDF proof. We will only print your canvas once you’ve sent the approval online. All files go through a 3-business-day production period.

What is the easiest way to hang canvas prints?
Nails work best with small and medium-sized canvas prints.
If you don’t want to damage the sides, you can use eye hooks or J-hooks. Eye hooks hang the canvas while J-hooks are screwed on to the wall before hanging.
Adhesive strips are an alternative for hanging prints without damaging your walls. It is the most lightweight and fastest hanging solution available.
How can I review my file to ensure it is print-ready?
After uploading your file, select “I want a PDF proof”.
Can I make changes to my submitted file before printing?
Yes, after selecting the PDF proof option above you can communicate any changes that need to be done before we proceed with production

Unfortunately, the sizes for the Stretched Canvass are fixed.
You would be able to write on it with a felt tip pen but obviously this would be permanent and almost impossible to remove without damaging the colors of your artwork..
As long as you provide the artwork and indicate where each image is suppose to be cut, we can follow your instructions to obtain that effect.
Since these are chat representatives, it's very hard to reconnect to the same agent you were speaking to. However, if this is about your inquiry about where you can upload your file for proofing to see if it can fit the size you need, there is a link right under the Configure and Price section of the Stretched Canvass product where you can upload your file. So after you select the size and quantity (5 copies), please look for the "Start with a Free Proof" option. You can upload your file there. Then it will ask you to create an account so we can process your file. Once you have done this, you can chat with us again if you need assistance.
Also, we definitely stretch the canvas and provide a wooden frame where you can also choose either a gallery or museum wrap. If you are in the Los Angeles area, you can pick this up in our facility there or we can also ship this to you if you are out of state.
You can definitely submit a PDF copy of the artwork that you would like us to print. The artwork that you will submit should be in CMYK color mode due avoid drastic color changes when we process your file. Also, changing your artwork to CMYK will ensure the accuracy of the colors in the finished printout. We can send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press.
