Effortless Step and Repeat Banner Assembly Guide
Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:
- Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.
- Secure Banner to Poles: Unroll the banner and slide the top and bottom horizontal poles through the banner's pole pockets.
- Attach Poles Together: Fasten the horizontal poles (with the banner now attached) to the top of the vertical poles. Adjust their spacing based on the banner's width.
- Adjust and Stand: Extend the vertical poles to raise the banner to the desired height. If available, insert the center support bar for extra stability.

Customer Questions
Ideally, we need you to submit a file that is exactly the same as the order size which 8' x 5' with .25" bleed for each side. Resolution should be 250-300 DPI for optimal printing. If you have a file saved that is smaller than 8' x 5', upload it anyway and we can check if it has the correct aspect ratio and resolution to print at the size you need.
If you are designing from scratch, we would encourage you to use the Design Tool option by following the attached steps:
- Select the 8' x 5' option on the Product Page for the Step and Repeat Banner. Fill out all the other specifications like Material, Printed Side, Quantity and Printing Time.
- After this, click on "Create Your Design Online" located underneath the specification area and it will give you the canvas of the exact size of the banner.
- Click on the "ABC" Icon and a text box will appear where you can type in the wording you need.There are icons there you may click on that will automatically center the text or align it in the way you need it. You may even drag an entire sentence to an the area you need it to be.The menu also allows you to choose the font type, size and color of your text. You may also choose the color of the background or if you want it to remain white. You can insert a logo to from your PC or put a border on your label.
- Once you are happy with the design, save and the system will ask you to create an account and your artwork will appear in My Saved Designs tab.
- Check out and place the order.
If you have any difficulties in navigating the Design Tool, our Customer Support Representatives will be able to help you set up your design. Our lines are open 24 hours a days during weekdays and during office hours on weekends.
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our standard process includes that all files received will be converted to a CMYK color system for printing. As such, we can only commit our best effort to match colors considering there are some shades in PMS that cannot translate to CMYK.
If the color matching is absolutely critical as we do have such requests, we can quote for the use of Pantone colors but these are costly compared to our standard printing process. If you are interested, please create an account on our website and give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative who will arrange for a formal quote.
The standard size for the sleeves will fit 2" diameter poles. We can actually customize these if you need them to be bigger or smaller. However, you need to call it in after adding the product to your cart. You need to speak to a Custom Representative who will set up the quote for production to process the banner with the specific size.
The natural color of the material is off white. That would be the color of all areas not printed on.
It may be printed either way. Ideally, we would need you to submit the artwork in the exact layout and size you want it to appear on the banner. However, if you have one logo, we may lay it out for you in the pattern you need. Please make sure it is sized appropriately and has a 250-300 DPI resolution for optimal printing. After uploading the logo, please call it in for your instructions.
