Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:
- Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.
- Secure Banner to Poles: Unroll the banner and slide the top and bottom horizontal poles through the banner's pole pockets.
- Attach Poles Together: Fasten the horizontal poles (with the banner now attached) to the top of the vertical poles. Adjust their spacing based on the banner's width.
- Adjust and Stand: Extend the vertical poles to raise the banner to the desired height. If available, insert the center support bar for extra stability.

If this is a vinyl banner, you may want to roll it up and place it in those cardboard tubes. That's the best way to keep it free from wrinkles. Then you just need to get a carrying case that would fit the stand with the tube. If you really want it to be secure maybe get a big enough hard plastic carrying case.
It is possible if you place the order today before 5 PM PST on a 1 business day turnaround and then select overnight shipping. This means we will ship out tomorrow afternoon and you will receive it on friday afternoon. However, it is cutting it very close as we are assuming there are no file issues on your artwork that could delay the printing of the job as we would need to resolve these with you before the job goes into production. If the delay costs us a day then this will be delivered on Monday or Saturday if you go with overnight shipping with saturday delivery.

The templates we have are guides so what is important is you keep the measurements for the trim lines and safe zones which are the same for the 10 foot by 8 foot banners. In fact you can send us just the logos you need in the correct dimensions and we will can lay them out for you alternately as you need them to be. So for example if you just have two or three logos, you can just submit those and we will send you a proof showing how they will be laid out.
You can load the items side by side with instructions to lay them out alternately to fill the entire banner. From there, our graphics team can do the line by line layout for you. Then request for a proof so you can check if the lay out is acceptable before it does to production.
