Effortless Step and Repeat Banner Assembly Guide
Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:
- Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.
- Secure Banner to Poles: Unroll the banner and slide the top and bottom horizontal poles through the banner's pole pockets.
- Attach Poles Together: Fasten the horizontal poles (with the banner now attached) to the top of the vertical poles. Adjust their spacing based on the banner's width.
- Adjust and Stand: Extend the vertical poles to raise the banner to the desired height. If available, insert the center support bar for extra stability.

The templates we have are guides so what is important is you keep the measurements for the trim lines and safe zones which are the same for the 10 foot by 8 foot banners. In fact you can send us just the logos you need in the correct dimensions and we will can lay them out for you alternately as you need them to be. So for example if you just have two or three logos, you can just submit those and we will send you a proof showing how they will be laid out.
You can load the items side by side with instructions to lay them out alternately to fill the entire banner. From there, our graphics team can do the line by line layout for you. Then request for a proof so you can check if the lay out is acceptable before it does to production.
The Outer Dimension of our boxes for these are 97 x 7 x 6 in. for the 10" x 8" Step and repeat Banners with the stand.
That is possible and our fastest option for production is a one day turnaround time. This means we can print it by the end of the day of the next business day if you order (pay and proof approve) before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time of the current business day. The one day turnaround only includes printing and not shipping transit time (this needs to be computed separately if you have a deadline). Further, it would mean there are no issues with your file including problems with size, resolution or color which can impact the desired turnaround as we would need to confirm these with you or resolve the issues by either you replacing the file or editing it.
