Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:
- Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.
- Secure Banner to Poles: Unroll the banner and slide the top and bottom horizontal poles through the banner's pole pockets.
- Attach Poles Together: Fasten the horizontal poles (with the banner now attached) to the top of the vertical poles. Adjust their spacing based on the banner's width.
- Adjust and Stand: Extend the vertical poles to raise the banner to the desired height. If available, insert the center support bar for extra stability.

Customer Questions
If you are using a different banner, please make sure you have pole pockets on the top and bottom to fit at least 3" diameter pole and an additional 1" for the hemming. You will probably need an extra 5.5" of banner material on the top and bottom for this. If you place an order on our website, selecting pole pockets, this extra space will already be incorporated.

Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:
- Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.

If you have several logos, it is important you have a high resolution file copy of each logo on your PC. We would suggest the following:
- Finalize the size dimension of the Step and Repeat Banner and other specifications in the Pricing Tool (material, printed side, quantity and printing time). It is important you do not change these specifications once you start designing as any changes done later on will result in you starting from scratch.
- Click on "Create Your Design Online" located underneath the specification area and it will give you the canvas of the exact size of the banner.
- A pop up will appear asking you how you would want the orientation to be (Portrait or Landscape). Make a selection.
- Click on the "Text" Icon and a text box will appear where you can type in the wording you need.There are icons there you may click on that will automatically center the text or align it in the way you need it. You may even drag the entire sentence to an area you need it to be.The menu also allows you to choose the font type, size and color of your text. You may also choose the color of the background or if you want it to remain white.
- You can insert each logo from your PC on to the canvas.
- Once you are happy with the design, save it.
- Check out and place the order.
If you have any difficulties in navigating the Design Tool, our Customer Support Representatives will be able to help you set up a design which you may duplicate and modify as you go along. Also, if you need to duplicate the row of labels from top to bottom of the banner, you can just do one row and save your artwork. Then give us a call to give instructions for our Prepress Team to repeat the row of labels throughout the banner. This is a common request which we will be able to help you with as inserting each logo to fill up every line of the entire banner may be a little tedious. Ask for a free PDF proof which we will email to you to ensure that the artwork is laid out properly. You will need to approve this before the job goes into production. Our lines are open 24 a days during weekdays and during office hours on weekends.
There are two types of screws we use for the Step and Repeat Banners. The M7 1.0 mm screws for the stand that connect to the base of the poles and the 3" Star Knob Screws that connects the poles together..
We can only advise you to check with your local recycling facility to see if the banners can be recycled. As far as we know, once there is printing on it, the ink makes it unavailable for recycling. The other ways obviously is if you can repurpose them for your other events or donate them to local charities or non-profit organizations who may use them again for their charity work.
