Effortless Step and Repeat Banner Assembly Guide

Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:

  1. Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.
  2. Secure Banner to Poles: Unroll the banner and slide the top and bottom horizontal poles through the banner's pole pockets.
  3. Attach Poles Together: Fasten the horizontal poles (with the banner now attached) to the top of the vertical poles. Adjust their spacing based on the banner's width.
  4. Adjust and Stand: Extend the vertical poles to raise the banner to the desired height. If available, insert the center support bar for extra stability.

what should be the size of logos for step and repeat 8x8 banner?

A:

That would be based on your layout and how many logos you want on the banner. As long as they are high resolution files and reasonably sized, we can assist in laying out the final designs. For example if you just want two logos and they are vector files and sized ideally 12" x 12",  we can line them up alternately side by side and on each row to fill out the entire space of the banner. The end product will depend on the image quality of the logos.

I am organizing an Back to School Bookbag event for 2024 and anticipate 10-12 vendors in support or having a table at the event. I'd like to get a 5x8 Step and Repeat banner with all their logos for photo opportunities. Will 5x8 be sufficient?

The size of the banner will depend on how you layout the logos. We will follow whatever size you indicate. Please submit the layout you want using images with 300 DPI  for the best results. You may submit a layout containing the first row  and we will just duplicate the pattern for the rest of the banner. You can also create this on our Online Design Tool, importing thel ogos you want to include.

The size we allocate for the pole pocket is 2" (both top and bottom) and is outside of your printable area.

Hello, I would like to order a 120" x 96" custom pic banner. I need it by 9/10/23 and my business address is 3004 Cascadia Dr, Raleigh NC 27610. When is the last day I can upload my art to receive the banner by 9/10/23? Also how do I up load custom art.

If you upload a print ready file and make payment for the order by Aug 30, you should be able to receive this on or before September 8. This is also the most cost effective option as you would be using the regular (three business day) production turnaround time and ground shipping. Finalizing the order anytime after that would entail expediting either the production cycle or the shipping or both to meet your deadline.

To be safe and give time for our Prepress Department to view your artwork and make recommendations if needed as well as allow you to make changes on your end to make your file print ready, it would be prudent to upload the artwork on Aug 28 or 29. The earlier the better.

To upload the pdf copy (or any of the acceptable file formats) of your custom art, you can use our online design tool. You woud need to:

1. Create an account on our website.

2. Configure the specifications of your order on the Pricing Tool.

3. Select the "Create Your Design Online" option which will bring you to the Design Tool and allow you to upload the custom artwork (logo's, pictures or other images) on to your canvas. 

4. Edit/Complete the Design.

5. Save the Design on your account and place the order.

You may also complete your artwork using Adobe Illustrator or other Graphics software (even online applications like Canva) and save a PDF copy making sure it has at least 300 DPI resolution.  From there you can create an account on our wbsite, configure the specifications of your banner and then select "Upload Your File and Order Now". You can either reqest for a free proof to see if the job is print ready or waive the proof, if you are confident that this will pass our printing standards. Waiving the proof will send the job directly to production the following business day if you submit this before the cut off time of 5 PM PST. Requesting for a proof will take at least 6 hours and will obviously add more time time before the job goes to production. The production time will depend on which option you choose during configuring specifications of the job. The standard is three business days for Step and Repeat banners.

Do you guys do photos on a banner 4 prom 2024 with a custom pictures of my son on it

You can definitely submit a PDF copy of the artwork that you would like us to print. we can also send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press. You can definitely upload your artwork in full bleed so we can make sure that no important elements will be compromised during the cutting process and this would also eliminate the appearance of white border along the edges of the final product. The artwork needs to be built to the final trim size plus 1/8″ bleed on each side. Also, when generating the file into the proper format, do not use any crop or printer marks as these will increase the dimensions of the design file.
