Effortless Step and Repeat Banner Assembly Guide
Setting up your step and repeat banner for any event is straightforward with these simplified steps. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free assembly:
- Layout and Connect: Unpack and lay out all components. Connect the vertical poles to their bases and organize the horizontal poles.
- Secure Banner to Poles: Unroll the banner and slide the top and bottom horizontal poles through the banner's pole pockets.
- Attach Poles Together: Fasten the horizontal poles (with the banner now attached) to the top of the vertical poles. Adjust their spacing based on the banner's width.
- Adjust and Stand: Extend the vertical poles to raise the banner to the desired height. If available, insert the center support bar for extra stability.

We could help you with this. You only need to set your size dimensions on the Configure and Price area and upload the logo. However, when you upload the file, you need to decide how many logos you need to have per line and leave a note. We will lay it out for you based on your instructions. Also, the logo would need to be a vector file and have at least 250-300 DPI so we may be able to enlarge or decrease the size as needed and to print clearly. Scanned or pixelated copies will not print well and may not pass the quality standards.
We will follow whatever you have on your design so it would be best that you submit the exact 8' x 8' design using high resolution images (we would require files to be at least 250-300 DPI and using a CMYK color format). You can use any of the file formats listed on the bottom of the product page on the website. You can also try to use the Design Tool we have online by configuring your dimensions first and then click on the "Create Your Design Online" link. This will allow you to insert your logo (type in text or other design elements, choose a background color, etc.) and the system can determine if the resolution is good enough for printing.
It would be best to measure first exactly how much space the banner will need to be, configure the size on the pricing tool and and design your artwork accordingly. The base extends around 4 or 5 inches on each side of the banner.
We can print up to 300 DPI.
You can use PDF files but we would need vector files for maximum printing quality (250-300 DPI). They need to be accurate in term of the size compared to the actual size of the logos on the banner.
