Our custom shipping boxes take only 8 - 15 business days to produce, however, Rush production of 4 - 8 days is available. This gives us enough time to check your artwork, correct any technical issues, print, cut, glue, and pack your shipping boxes before we ship them. Your shipping boxes will be delivered to your door within a few days after we ship them.

We added a QR code on all our products as part of our updated production process. It’s inserted after proofing to help speed up your custom order’s processing time. Rest assured that it will always be placed on a non-visible location after the box has been assembled.

Length is measured from the longest, horizontal side of the box interior. Width is the second longest, horizontal side of the box interior or the side with the shorter flap. To measure depth, go from the top to the bottom inside the box with the flaps closed.
Yes, our prepress team checks your artwork for free before printing and will inform you of anything that needs correction.

The shipping boxes are made of corrugated cardboard, a three-layer material composed of two pieces of corrugated cardboard paper liners that sandwich the fluting medium. Its composition allows the box to absorb external impact and keep the shipped items intact during transit.
The most affordable size depends on the size you need, the overall budget, and how many boxes you'll be ordering. The larger your order quantity, the lower you spend per piece. Our online calculator found on each product page lists the discounts per box based on the total quantity.

We may double layer upon request. We can also do a single run first so you may test it on your end before you request for double layering as there will be an added cost to that.
