We can only use artwork in file formats such as PDF, JPEG, Ai, PSD or PUB. We cannot process actual hard copies of the artwork.
The satin coating does not make the canvas water resistant. It helps enhance the colors and protects the surface from scuffing and moisture.
We do not have UV protection but the inks we use are fade resistant. We can add a two inch border to your artwork if you need that option for a raw edge and if you need that for moaunting. We can also print exactly to where you need us to cut. We already have a satin coating for added protection but we have heard of our customers adding their own finishing or coating. However, we cannot be responsible for any result.
Yes, each design will entail it's own specific processing and set up fees. Unlike if you order 10 pieces of the same design you will see that there is a substantial price difference per piece when you order more.
Most of our Large Format Printers print at a maximum of 300 DPI. Even if you send us images that are above 300 DPI. However, the print quality is excellent for any image that has that resolution.
