Yes, each design will entail it's own specific processing and set up fees. Unlike if you order 10 pieces of the same design you will see that there is a substantial price difference per piece when you order more.
Most of our Large Format Printers print at a maximum of 300 DPI. Even if you send us images that are above 300 DPI. However, the print quality is excellent for any image that has that resolution.
You actually have an option to add a 2" inch border on your artwork so we will extend the canvas at no additional cost and print exactly what is indiicated on your file. It would be best to request a proof on this so you can see exactly how this will be cut before we go to print. Based on our experience, it sounds like there is a possibility to size your artwork at exactly 24" x 36" if the file is good and no visual warping of the image will occur when it is resized. However, we would need our Graphics team to check first.
The other way is you can actually use the Configure and Price tool and size the artwork exactly as it appears. If you click on custom size we can do up to .5" increments so it can actually be 24" x 36.5" if that is the natural size of your artwork.
You can definitely submit your artwork with the 3" white border allowance. You may indicate that the border is intentional on the technical notes which you can see after you upload your design. You can definitely submit a PDF copy of the artwork that you would like us to print. The artwork that you will submit should be in CMYK color mode due avoid drastic color changes when we process your file. Also, changing your artwork to CMYK will ensure the accuracy of the colors in the finished printout. We can send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press.

The 2 inches border will be additional to the size you are ordering. If you are ordering 18 x 24. It would be 20 x 26 instead but the 2 inches is allotted for the border only incase you want to place them on a frame.
