Custom Stickers – Roll

Yes. there would be an extra set up fee for each roll. You would need to add the item to the art and give us a call so we can convert it to an unpaid order. We would then proceed to edit the invoice to inform production of what needs to be done and add the set up fees for this which should be minimal.

We only use cores with 3" sizes for the roll stickers and labels.

If these are meant to be Address Labels, you can visit the link. These same labels can also be used as Product Labels that show your branding and details. You will need to decide whether they will need to be water proof or not but in our experience, if the boxes aren't supposed to be refrigerated or exposed to the elements/moisture, there would be no need to select the 4 Mil White Vinyl. The regular Paper Matte or Matte with High Gloss or UV coating should be sufficient and less costly. Also, if you are not going to use it in a high volume assembly situation not using any roll dispensers or winding/rewinding machines, you can just get these in Singles or Cut to Size for individual manual application. The difference in price between roll and cut to size (singles) stickers is substantial.

It would be best for you to submit a design in the shape you want printed and in the exact size that you indicate. If we see a white background, we will print based on what you send. If you have a background color or if you want your design to print right up to the edge, it must have a bleed of 1/8" outside the trim line. You also have to have  1/8" safe zone, meaning none of the important elements of your artwork should be within 1/8" of where we will trim to avoid it being caught off inadvertently as our machine has a cutting tolerance.  You should request a proof so we can show your artwork and where we will cut so you can check if it is acceptable before it goes to production.
