How to Assemble a Retractable Banner
When you order a custom retractable banner at UPrinting, you will receive a complimentary travel bag containing the stand’s base, support pole, and header bar. Use this 4-step guide to easily set up your retractable banner.

Set the base
on the ground and rotate the feet out at 90 degrees.

Connect the support poles
and insert them into the list at the top of base.

Please ensure that your file is not larger than 200 mb, is set to CMYK color settings, and has a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Yes. Our retractable banners can be printed in either 13 oz. vinyl material or UV fabric material, both of which are weather-proof and can be used outdoors. Please note that it’s strongly recommended to put away the banner during extreme weather conditions.

Yes, this is possible. Please give us a call at 888.888.4211 and speak to a Custom Representative who will coordinate the request with production.
The template should be 80" high definitely. We will check with the website managers if the template dimension is inaccurate. Your total file size with bleed should be 33.75" x 80.25" (.125" on top and bottom).
Unfortunately, we do not offer the frames or stands only. The assembly needs a technician who has experience in putting this together and there could be damage to your banners if it is not installed properly.
Once the banner has been removed it is not easy to reassemble and a technician who is familiar with the assembly could probably do it depending on the damage. We will not recommend for you to try to this on your own. If there is any print shop locally who sells these kind of banners, it would be good for you to inquire with them if they can repair it. If you purchased this from us, we could offer a discount to reprint the item to save time as this seems to be the most efficient and time saving solution.
Unfortunately, we can't commit to that turnaround as our minimum printing time is two days. Then you have to add shipping transit time also.
