Once the banner has been removed it is not easy to reassemble and a technician who is familiar with the assembly could probably do it depending on the damage. We will not recommend for you to try to this on your own. If there is any print shop locally who sells these kind of banners, it would be good for you to inquire with them if they can repair it. If you purchased this from us, we could offer a discount to reprint the item to save time as this seems to be the most efficient and time saving solution.
Unfortunately, we can't commit to that turnaround as our minimum printing time is two days. Then you have to add shipping transit time also.

For the 23.5" x 80" Retractable Banner, we send this in a 26" x 5" x 4" rectangular box that weighs 5 lbs or 2.27 Kg.
For the 33.5" x 80" Retractable Banner, we use a 36" x 5" x 4" rectangular Box that weighs 7 lbs or 3.18 Kg.
Unfortunately, for this product, we can't do same day printing. Our quickest turnaround for Retractable Banners are two business days.So for example, if you place this today (Thursday), we will ship out on Monday and you would receive it on Tuesday with overnight printing.
