Yes, you can select “Custom Size” among the size options on the online calculator. After selection, a range of width and height choices will appear in the “Enter Custom Size” pop-up window. Widths start at 2” until 12”, while height choices are at least 3.5” to as big as 12”.

We can do custom shapes which the customer has to provide the outline for. In the case of the State of Mississipi, the western border has a very irregular shape and we would need to approve the artwork in case the shape will be too intricate. To proceed, please create an account online and give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative. They will check your outline and provide you a quote if it is possible.
We can do rounded corners or custom shapes. However, these will need to be processed by the Custom Department. May we request you to create an account online and call us to speak to a Custom Representative so they can send you a quote based on your sepecifications.
In these cases, there are no standard sizes and it is up to you on how to design your artwork with the information you want to add. We can print as large as 12" x 12".
The best way to do this is to create an account online and configure each set with the quantities you need individually. After each set, you will be asked to "Upload Your Files and Order Now". It will bring you to an order page. You can click on "Skip this Step" so that it will just create the item in your cart. After completing 7 sets you need to order, go back to your account and upload each file for each item. Once you make a decision to order the items and check out, all of these will be ordered under a single invoice with individual item numbers. The shipping and handling fees will be added as well as tax.
The system will also ask if you wish to see a proof first. This is a free service where our Graphics Team will do a 33 point check on each file to make sure they are print ready. We encourage you to do this if you have time as by doing so, you will get a PDF file in the exact size dimension of your order, which you can print out on your end to see if the resolution and trim lines are good. Once you approve this and make payment, the job goes into production. Your files should be converted to CMYK first on your end so you can do a lillte adjustments as many of our customers create their designs using the more vibrant RGB color modes.
