Q: How do I submit my own mailing list?

You can upload your own mailing list once you’ve placed your order. Make sure to save the file as XLS, XLSX, or CSV.
Q: Will you review my mailing list before sending out my custom postcards?
A:
Of course! Our system will review your submitted mailing list and flag any errors, confirm deliverability, and ensure consistent formatting across all your recipients’ addresses.
Q: Which parts of my postcard should I fill out?
A:
Leave the postage address and barcode area blank to avoid any issues with USPS.
Q: If I have postcard recipients with undeliverable addresses, how can I request that the postcards get sent back to me?
A:
Before checking out your custom postcard order, you’ll be asked to choose from four solutions in case you run into this scenario: we can either forward the postcard to the resident’s current address, send it to the current resident, discard the postcard, or return the postcard to you.
Q: What are your shipping options for your postcard printing and mailing services?
A:
We have two shipping options: first class and non-profit standard mail. First class is the default option and is guaranteed to get your postcards to your recipients in three to five days. If you are a non-profit organization recognized by USPS, send us your non-profit mailing form.
