Here at UPrinting, we offer a wide array of sizes that will perfectly fit any design. You have an option to print on both sides with a gloss or matte 100 lb paper. You can have these sleeves with a peal and seal which comes with a ½ wide double-sided tape. Save more with bulk printing from 250 to 10,000 sleeves, with a printing time of 4 or 6 business days.

Can I use a printing template and open it on my preferred editing software?
Yes, the downloadable files are available on the “Templates” tab. Choose from the following formats: AI, JPG, PDF, or PSD. The size options for each format will appear upon selection. You can download the file directly to your device.
Can I create a design online?
Yes, select “Create a Design Online” at the bottom of the online calculator. You’ll be taken to the online design tool that loads a blank canvas in the size you selected. From here, you can upload images, add text, and combine colors to complete your packaging sleeve design.
How soon can I receive my packaging sleeves order?
To find out how soon you can receive your order, select “Estimate Shipping & Delivery” below the online calculator. Input your ZIP code in the pop-up window and several arrival dates will appear based on your location. Free pickup dates are available for customers based in Los Angeles.

Customer Questions
Normally we cannot spot UV or highlight with another finish artwork that is printed on paper stocks. In this case, we only offer 100 lb Paper for this product. These kind of highlights like spot UV, embossed or foil finish can only be applied on card stock or 14 PT or above paper weights. Customers need to be a little creative with their artwork to make certain areas standout by using contrasting colors or images. Some customer even order separate stickers like 70 lb paper UV which will make the logos stand out with out incurring too much cost.
You just need to send it in one format, a PDF would be preferred. If it is still too heavy, give us a call and an agent can help get the file through the wetransfer site.
Right now we do not have a standard option for the recycled material. However, please give us a call and speak to a Custom Representative to give you options on the materials that they can get for you.
Our smallest dimension for the Packaging Sleeves are 4" wide x 2" high. You may wish to cut a strip of paper and wrap it around your box to envision your packaging sleeve and it's exact measurements. If the dimensions don't go below those minimums then we can print it.
Yes, we will print whatever design you send to us. Please make sure that the artwork you send in is sized consistently to the order size and resolution is 250-300 DPI for optimum printing.
