Roll stickers are ordered in bulk, with quantities starting at 250. The number of pieces per roll depends on your final order. One roll can fit a label dispenser for faster application on hundreds to thousands of quantities.

The Proper Care Instructions for Oval Stickers 

Use the back peel to apply the single stickers properly. 

All singles come with a back peel that is partitioned in the middle for faster and cleaner application. 

 
Place each roll in a label gun or dispenser for faster application. 

Apply roll labels faster using a label dispenser. Perfect for bulk printing quantities that need to be delivered or displayed right away.  

Make sure the surface is clean and dry before placing the sticker. 

All permanent adhesive materials should be applied on a clean and dry surface. They are best placed on the desired location at room temperature but can be applied in areas at 25oF to 35oF. Most of the sticker materials adhere well to paper, plastic, and corrugated substrates.   

Apply indoor or outdoor materials to permanent locations. Use the removable options for temporary displays.  

Most sticker materials, unless otherwise specified, will be difficult to remove once applied. The sticker will leave a residue if removed from its initial application. 

If you need a temporary display or application, print roll stickers in white BOPP (removable). Note that this material is also tear-proof and waterproof. It’s also refrigerator-safe and comes with a plain white background.

Custom Oval Stickers FAQs

Can I print the roll labels in die-cut or irregular shapes? 

You can print in a custom shape based on the different width and height dimensions listed under the Custom Size option. Note that we cannot print intricate designs with jagged edges or points close to each other. Our custom shapes also can't have deep curves or dips. Any pointed edges will come out rounded unless otherwise specified.  

Contact our Customer Service Team if you require an intricate die-cut shape for your sticker. They’ll put together a request for your specific shape for the custom estimating team. Note that the agent will require a reference file or photo for the shape and there is a minimum quantity order of 250 pieces per shape. Processing takes about 1-2 business days, while production is 6 business days.  

Are the UV coated matte stocks a good alternative to the BOPP or vinyl sticker materials? 

The UV coated matte stocks are made of paper and are not built for refrigeration or water exposure. While the UV coating may protect against scratches, it will not protect against outdoor elements like the sun and moisture. The 70 lb. label material is not recommended for packages. 

BOPP is recommended for all food products that will be refrigerated or beauty items to be used in the shower. Vinyl is the go-to stock for any sticker exposed outdoors as it is built for exposure to wet, cold, and hot weather.  

What do the unwind directions for roll stickers stand for? 

The unwind direction is from where the sticker unravels from the roll. This detail is important for roll stickers applied with a label dispenser or machine. The direction is indicated according to the copy on your design: 

Can I order a sample set of stickers?  

No, but you can order a minimum quantity of 25 singles or 100 stickers in rolls.  

Is there a maximum number of stickers in one roll?
