Notepads

This is just the regular tear away sheet. However, we do have Sticky Notepads too.

This is possible. However, it needs to be processed by our Custom Department. Please give us a call and request to speak to one of our Custom Representatives.  

We may provide two different types of proofs. The digital proof which we send you via email upon request when you upload your file for printing. This is free of charge and allows you to check the artwork for image/artwork resolution, bleed placements and final trim area and you need to sign off on this before job goes to press. Proofing takes between 6-12 hours so this will add onto your printing turnaround time as the job will not go to print until you approve it. We print on a CMYK color system so viewing this digitally will only give you a reference in terms of how the color will appear as obviously what you see on a computer screen and the actual print is different.

The other is the Hard Copy Proof (HCP) which we send you if there are certain aspects of your artwork that you need to be aware of in terms of color accuracy and if you need to see how the color will print before you purchase the entire order in bulk. Since we employ an offset printing system, we cannot guarantee color will come out precisely as you request although we will print as close as possible to your submitted PDF file using CMYK colors. A HCP is printed on Kodak Matchprint Paper which is similar to Photo paper. It is not a sample of the actual printed job.  It is a representation of your job that customers order specifically to see how the colors will come out printed. Like the digital proof, you need to sign off on this before your job goes to print. Since it is a physical representation of your job, you have to give enough time for us to print this and ship this to you and will add to the turnaround time of your print job. This will have an extra cost depending on the item you wish to print. We offer these for jobs printed for offset products only, meaning jobs printed on our digital press like roll stickers and Large Format jobs do not have HCP options. Yes. Each individual design will be priced per quantity and we cannot mix them in one pad.  

We do have a Design Team which you could engage for a minimal fee and they can help put your order together.  You would just need to write us some detailed instructions preferably in MS word format. If you wish to insert some images as part of the design, please provide us these in high resolution format.  It would also be good to provide us other layouts or designs as a basis or inspiration for your final artwork. We do not create logos but can suggest where you can get some ideas or samples of these. Please give us a call so a quote may be set up for your request.

The other way is, there is an easy-to-use Design Tool on our website. Just below the Configure and Price section, you see a "Create a Design Online" link. You may click on that after you select the specifications (size, quantity, etc.) of your notepad, This allows you to insert your own images or logos for your design, type in text and add shapes or borders to your artwork. You can also choose from millions of images you can use as backgrounds or themes to your design. We suggest you try this out as it allows for a more cost effective and time saving solution as well as gives you more freedom to choose what design is most appropriate.
