The 20 mil styrene is not as sturdy as the White PVC Board. We would recommend the latter for outdoor use as this is water proof and won't deteriorate outside.
Yes, this is possible. However, this would be a custom process so please give us a call to speak to a Custom Representative to place this order.
If you are referring to our Design Tool online, we have over 50 fonts to choose from if you are starting your design from scratch on the website. You are also free to use any other Graphics Design Software and upload the complete artwork for printing. We do have requirements such as a 250-300 DPI resolution and files should be sized accordingly to what your order size is to avoid any difficulties if resizing the artwork is necesary.
