Can I upload a print-ready file of my custom mailer box?
No, but you can request a dieline template after indicating your design specifications. We'll send you a PDF showing the flat layout of the custom mailer box. The file shows the correct placement for each side of your box.
Can I review the design before you send it to production?
Yes, you can request an online PDF proof and check it before we send it to production. We will only proceed with manufacturing the design once you have sent us your online approval.
Do you offer layout guides for the available mailer packaging products?
Yes, you can download layout templates for the different mailers, poly packing tape, and pocket folders. Go to the "Layout" tab, select the format you need, and click on the size you'll be using.
How soon can I receive my packaging and mailing products?
The arrival of your order depends on the printing time and your address. Note that we'll ship your packaging after the indicated production period. On the mailers, tape, and folders pages, go to "Estimate Shipping & Delivery" and input your ZIP code. Several arrival dates will appear based on your location.
