Custom Mailer Box FAQ
You can order your custom boxes in three easy steps:
- Customize it - Select the perfect style, dimensions, and material at the top of this page.
- Design it - Use our intuitive online design tool to easily design your makeup boxes. You can also send us a completed design.
- Get it - That's it! We'll produce and ship your custom boxes to your door. You now get to place your product inside for a striking branded look.
Of course! We can make you a single custom box with your own design and dimensions. To order, set the quantity to “1” at the top of this page.
We use the QR code to speed up the production of your custom boxes. It also helps us track your order better. Don’t worry, the QR code won’t affect the design since it’s not visible once the box is assembled.
Production and delivery times vary based on your order size. Once your artwork is approved, it takes 4 -15 business days to produce your full-color boxes. Black ink mailers take 10-12 business days for production. Transit-time will be 2-5 business days from there depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. If you need the mailer boxes sooner, Rush options may be available with production times of 4 - 7 business days. Read more about our production and turnaround times.

If you’d like to receive a dieline template based on your box specs, place your order first, and we will create one for you.
Select kraft corrugated cardboard if you want a rustic, natural-looking brown color to complement your design. This material works best with darker color palettes.
White corrugated cardboard can be used for a variety of designs. Both dark and light colors print well on white material. If you are in doubt, this material is your best bet.
We can arrange for a kraft-like texture to appear on the premium or standard white cardboard. You can contact our customer service for more information. Otherwise, white ink will appear brown if you select kraft as your corrugated cardboard color.
Yes, you can print your designs in full-color or black ink on the inside and outside areas of the mailer box. Printing on only one side of the box is also available, if you prefer.
Depending on the specifications of your project, we can offer different solutions to achieve white Ink on kraft appearance. You can contact our customer service for more information.
With the box open toward you, here's how to get the correct measurements for the inside of the box:
- The length is measured from the left to right side of the box.
- The width is measured from the front to the back of the box.
- The depth is measured from the top to the bottom of the box.

We do have a Design Service team who could do this for you. Rates for design work would start at $50 or lower depending on the size and complexity of your requirements. We however, do not design logos from scratch. If you are interested, please create an account and add the Mailer Box Item to your cart with the exact size dimensions. Please do not place any order as we will just use this to send you a quote. Give us a call at 888.888.4211 to speak to a Design Team Representative who will determine if your design is doable, fill you in on the requirements, summarize the extent of our services then will edit your cart item to include the Design Service fees so you may see the rate they will charge.
This can be arranged. During the proofing process, you may give us a call and send us the font you have so we can arrange for our Prepress Team to replace the existing fonts on your artwork. Then wait for the proof to see if everything is in order before you sign off on the job.

Yes, Canada is the only other country outside of the US and US territories that we can ship to. However, there may be some additional custom duties to settle before the courier delivers.
You need to fill out the dimensions of your box on the product page. Scroll down and click on the "Order Now and Receive a Dieline Template" link. The system will prompt you to make payment and after that you will get the template within 1-3 minutes. You can choose not to pay yet but will need to call in after you add to cart so they can convert your inquiry into an unpaid order. The representative you spoke to will then manually create a request for you to get a template.
