That is the correct template as it describes the flat size of the cardstock when printed including the size of the pockets before it is folded. The 2.75" x 4.5" is the size of the Key Card Holder when folded.
As a standard option, we don't offer the pocket on both sides. We can do it as a custom job. If you only choose one side, you can order this directly, upload your artwork to show printing on front and back and even on the pocket. However, if you need to have two pockets, please create an account online and give us a call to speak to a Custom representative so you can get a quote.
Yes, these are printed using our regular card stocks and may be ordered with a four or six business day printing option. Shipping transit time is counted separately.
