Q.Can I add sequential numbering to the gift certificates?

A.Yes, you can add sequential numbering in black ink on your gift certificate. Select the “Black Ink” option under “Sequential Numbering” on the online calculator then choose the corresponding starting number and numbering location. There are 8 numbering area options, including top left or right, the top corners, the left or right edge, and what is indicated on your file.

Q.Can I order envelopes with the gift certificates?

A.Yes, you can order the following blank envelope sizes:

3.875” x 8.875” (#9)
4.125” x 9.5” (#10)

Q.Can I print on both sides of the gift certificate?

A.Yes, we offer double-sided printing for gift certificates.

Q.Will I be able to preview the artwork before it goes to print?

A.Yes, you can review the file before it goes to print. After uploading your print-ready file, select “Wait – I want to receive and approve a free PDF proof” under “Proofing Options.” You’ll be emailed a free PDF proof that you must approve before it is printed. We will only print the file once you’ve sent your approval.

Q.Do I save more with bulk printing?

A.Yes, the larger your order quantity for our printing services, the less you spend for each gift certificate. For example, 50 gift certificates cost 36¢ each but an order of 250 costs only 17¢ per item.

“Originally ordered these but they arrived with no background. The customer service dept. let us know the stock image wasn't available anymore, refunded the full order as credit, and I redesigned the gift certificate. I had to call to apply the credit and have them manually submit the order, which was a bit clunky, but I had no logistical issues. Gift certificates arrived promptly and packed well. Image is clear and the paper/print is high quality. No complaints there!”

“The gift card looked very nice but when you charge $35 to mail it instead of using USPS for $7.50 it's ridiculous. The postage is 3x the price of the product. You have a product that a lot of the time is not very heavy. There are alternatives to your present mailing costs.”

“Pros: -Easy upload tool -Quick turn around Cons: -Envelopes are bundled in rubberband and it created a crease -Upload file for print direction is a catch all of all types of files. For preferred resolution without pixelation should be PDF. Without that instruction quality comes out fuzz with png”
