We score all folded greeting card orders we receive, but we only fold those printed on 10 pt. card stock. Our glossy and uncoated card stock options are available for all quantities of folded greeting cards, but matte card stock options are available only for quantities from 250 to 10,000; this is because we print quantities of 250 and above using offset presses and produce quantities of 200 and below using digital presses. We do not do actual Gift Cards (or prepaid debit cards) but we do have Gift Card Holders or Gift Certificates and Gift Certificate Holders.
The size of the envelope that comes with the card is A-4 (4.25" x 6.25") White which is why the smallest size avaialble for the envelope are the ones with a folded size of 4" x 6".

You can definitely submit a PDF copy of the artwork that you would like us to print. You may choose inside and outside printing and submit the print ready design in a PDF format. The artwork that you will submit should be in CMYK color mode due avoid drastic color changes when we process your file. Also, changing your artwork to CMYK will ensure the accuracy of the colors in the finished printout. We can send you a digital proof for your to see how it's going to look like before we send it to press.

You may also opt to get our gloss or matte material though excellent writeability is not guaranteed. If you will be using a permanent marker, it'll need sufficient drying time.
