We score all folded greeting card orders we receive, but we only fold those printed on 10 pt. card stock. Our glossy and uncoated card stock options are available for all quantities of folded greeting cards, but matte card stock options are available only for quantities from 250 to 10,000; this is because we print quantities of 250 and above using offset presses and produce quantities of 200 and below using digital presses. Yes, we do use acid-free archival quality paper. From the paper stocks we use for flyers and brochures to heavier card stocks that are used for post cards, business cards, greeting cards, among others.
You have to use the whole dimension as we will follow the flat size you set up on the order page. Please request for a free PDF proof so you have a chance to check your orientation and lay out before the job goes into production.
If you select 14 Pt Gloss, both sides will be coated. The option you need to choose is 14 Pt High Gloss (UV) Front, Uncoated Back.
This can be arranged. You may add the item on to cart with the correct size and indicate a half fold. Then you need to call us and speak to a Custom Representative who will set up the invoice for production to follow your folding instructions.
Yes, the envelopes are available and matches the brightness of the card stock materials for the folded greeting cards. Just click on the pulldown for the Envelope option to activate the proper size needed.
