Unfortunately, it's one of those peculiarities of our supply situation that we dont have an uncoated 16 PT. However, we do have a 14 PT and 17 Pt uncoated option.
Yes, you can print on all sides you mentioned. You can set up your file with the artwork for the back and front on a single page indicating also where you will fold. If you can picture it, the artwork for the backside would appear right side up while the front side would be upside down. Then on a seperate page (or file) the inside page will show artwork for the top and bottom sides, both being presented right side up.
Yes, we can do that. You can position the artwork top to bottom as you mentioned just as long as the finished layout still follows a folded size of 2" x 3.5". We suggest you ask for a proof to make sure the layout is correct.
