These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.
Caring for your foam boards.
Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in use. When laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.
To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

Yes, that sounds doable. We have a Zund cutter to do the custom shapes so you may upload your artwork and get a proof for free before you order. This also allows us to check your artwork to insure we can print and cut your artwork as needed.
We certainly can print double sided foam boards with irregular shapes and you can order easels as accessories. The only idea that comes to mind is maybe incorporate the placement of the easel in your design so that it can stand.
That is correct, send us the artwork in the exact shape and size you need and we will deliver the product to you. To get a price you need to measure the widest and highest point of your design and go to the custom option in the size coloumn of the Configure and Price area. Type in your specifications and the price will reflect the cost of your job. There should be no additional cutout inside the shape you request or these will entail a separate die cutting fee.
If the general shape of the foam board is the outline of the state of Ohio, that is doable and what you see on the Configure and Price Tool is accurate. However, once you have another cut out inside your artwork, that will entail a die cutting process which will be charged separately. Please give us a call and speak to a Custom Representative who will ask to see your artwork so that they can send you a quote.
There are no written instructions but the easel is easily unfolded so it can stand and then a tape strip is used to adhere it to the back of the foam board.
