Make an eye-catching presentation each and every time. Custom foam boards are the professional choice when it comes to meetings and in-house promotions. It adds visual interest and impact, whether it’s used to explain sales data or to display what’s currently on sale.
These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.
Caring for your foam boards.
Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in use. When laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.
To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

Customer Questions
The Foam Board with no lamination would be the closest description to matte coating as it has only subtle shine but it is still smooth with not much texture.
If you need it to be shiny, we would definitely recommend you select the Dry Erase Lamination. The 3/16" Foam Board has a a textured surface so it would be best to get the additional lamination.
That is doable. You just need to manually type in the sizes as they are well within our maximum ranges. Printing cost that appears on our end without any accesories or customization is $67.83 without tax or shipping.
We can cut custom shapes as you have mentioned. Please create an account, upload your artwork and ask for a free proof so we can check. Although there are certain limitations depending on how intricate the shape is, we will be able to comment and send you a proof of what we can do for your artwork.
We need files to have 250-300 DPI for optimum printing quality. If you would like your artwork to bleed to the edges so that there are no borders, extend the artwork 1/8" outside of the 24" x 36" trim line. Our printing facility is closed during weekends so printing turnaround time only counts business days. We have a cut off time of 5 PM PST, so all orders placed before this will count the next business day as the first day of printing. Jobs placed after 5 pm will count the next business day after as the first day fo printing.
Your files will be reviewed for printing errors without paying a cent.
