These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.
Caring for your foam boards.
Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in use. When laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.
To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

No, that is just an option for mounting your Foam Board which is printed flat on 3/16" Foam Core. The other options for mounting accessories are 3M Command strips or Velcro so you may adhere this to a wall or other flat surfaces.
If the shape is square or rectangular, you can go to another product like the Vinyl Banner or Large Format Poster, select the same exact size and create a design. Once your done, save it in your account and give us a call. We can then set up a foam board order and use the saved file for printing. However, if you choose another shape, you will need to use a different design application.
It would be best to use a laptop or Desktop PC if you wish to insert a picture for your design. Also try creating an acocunt first and then clear your cache and refresh your browser. If you are actually trying to upload a file for us to use for your design, please call in and have a Customer Service Representative get your file through a third party application like wetransfer.com. That size is available, you need to click on Custom size and select 60" x30". Printing price shows $73.72 on the website without accessories, taxes or shipping cost.
Yes, we could do a die cut for the shape of the foam board using a picture at that size. You just need to click on the "Custom" option for the shape as well as the size as 8" cx 10" is not a standfard size. You also need to make sure the picture is sized exactly as your order size and has a 250-300 DPI resolution for optimal printing.
First thing is you need to measure the size of the wall or area you want to cover. Please note that for Foam Boards, our maximum size is 94" x 46". You may wish to divide your artwork into segments. You may also want to check out our Wall Decals as there is an option here for removable Adhesive Vinyl. Printing quality for Vinyl is also better than Foam Boards. The maximum size for this is also bigger at 120" x 59" and you wont have a problem mounting this unlike for Foam Boards unless the surface of your wall is uneven as these need to be smooth. It is also improtant to set up your logos exactly to the size you need taking in consideration the maximum size of the product you choose to go with. Aside from the correct size of the logos, they also need to be between 250-300 DPI for optimal printing.
