Create professional presentations and promotions with custom foam boards.

Make an eye-catching presentation each and every time. Custom foam boards are the professional choice when it comes to meetings and in-house promotions. It adds visual interest and impact, whether it’s used to explain sales data or to display what’s currently on sale.

These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.

Caring for your foam boards.

Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in useWhen laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.

To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

Q:
I work for an architecture firm called SOM: -What resolution do you need for images (illustrator) for the best quality at a 24”x 36” sized foam board? -Are you able to do no white boarders? -Are you available for printing on the weekends? Thank you
Asked a year ago by Frank M.
A:

We need files to have 250-300 DPI for optimum printing quality. If you would like your artwork to bleed to the edges so that there are no borders, extend the artwork 1/8" outside of the 24" x 36" trim line. Our printing facility is closed during weekends so printing turnaround time only counts business days. We have a cut off time of 5 PM PST, so all orders placed  before this will count the next business day as the first day of printing. Jobs placed after 5 pm will count the next business day after as the first day fo printing.

Q:
Can these foam boards be recycled?
Asked a year ago by Nadège
A:

We can't guarantee these are reclyable because not all recycling facilities can handle foam boards.

Q:
How should I set up the bleed for the custom edges of a custom cutout board? Should I plan .125 inch bleed and .125 inch safety? And if my art has a rule on the border, what's the minimum thickness to insure it's properly visible?
Asked a year ago by Michael
A:

Based on our production guidlines, the bleed and safezone is .25". Your border thickness is up to you but make sure it also has the bleed. It would be best to ask for a proof so that we can identify potential issues before going to print.

Q:
Are these printed on glossy or matte paper
Asked 2 years ago by Sandra S.
A:

This would be printed on a Foam Board material with a UV coating so this would appear more glossy than matte.

Q:
Hello! Do these come with a stand by chance? or can we order stands separately?
Asked 2 years ago by Maya M.
A:

For a very minimal fee, you can request for an easel as an accessory so it may stand on its own. You can also request for 3M Command strips if you need these to stick to a wall.
