Make an eye-catching presentation each and every time. Custom foam boards are the professional choice when it comes to meetings and in-house promotions. It adds visual interest and impact, whether it’s used to explain sales data or to display what’s currently on sale.
These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.
Caring for your foam boards.
Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in use. When laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.
To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

Customer Questions
Once you set up the specifications on the product page (Select size, material, quantity, etc), you have a few options. Either you upload your file and place the order or you may "Start with a Free Proof". The free proof will allow us to check your file and see if the size matches the order size and if the resolution is good enough (we recommend 250-300 DPI) for printing before you make payment.The proof will be emailed to you around 4-6 hours after you upload.
Another option would be to select the "Create Your Design Online" located underneath the specification area and it will give you the canvass of the exact size of the foam board. Then you can do the following:
- Click on the "ABC" Icon and a text box will appear where you can type in the wording you need.There are icons there you may click on that will automatically center the text or align it in the way you need it. You may even drag the entire sentence to an the area you need it to be.
- The menu also allows you to choose the font type, size and color of your text. You may also choose the color of the background or if you want it to remain white. You can insert a logo from your PC or put a border on your artwork.
- Once you are happy with the design, save it and you can check out and place the order.
Also, if you have any difficulties in navigating the Design Tool, our Customer Support Representatives will be able to help you set up a design which you may duplicate and modify on your end. For any other question, our lines are open 24 a days during weekdays and during office hours on weekends.
In these situations, please call it in after the 30 items have been added to cart. The Customer Support Representative will provide a wetransfercom link and you can load all the files there individually or in the correct order the items have been listed. We may download each file from there.
We use digital UV inkjet presses that specialize in thicker materials like foam boards. Depending on the facilities we print them from, they may have different brands like Agfa or EFI printers but all of them follow a uniform printing standard so the outputs are very similar.
Yes we can do a 42" circular foamboard. This will be shipped flat and the largest size we can do is 46". You can actually configure on the website by selecting the Circular Shape and then clicking on Custom for the size. Type in 42" for both height and width, and it will show you the printing price.
The standard are just regular hole drilling that is 3/8" or 9 milimeters in diameter. It is possible to put grommets on these but it would be a little costly as these would need to be custom made.
