Make an eye-catching presentation each and every time. Custom foam boards are the professional choice when it comes to meetings and in-house promotions. It adds visual interest and impact, whether it’s used to explain sales data or to display what’s currently on sale.
These mounted posters are made of durable, lightweight 5 mm styrene foam sandwiched with smooth paper on each side. Your design is printed directly on the foam board using a four-color, UV ink process. This provides impeccable color reproduction and print longevity. You can print signs as small as 4” x 4” to as large as 46” x 94”. Foam board posters can last up to two years with proper care and maintenance.
Caring for your foam boards.
Since the foam boards are made of styrene foam with a paper face, we strongly recommend only using them indoors. Exposure to outdoor elements and moisture can compromise the sign’s integrity. Take care when handling the sign to avoid damaging the corners. Store upright when not in use. When laid flat, avoid placing heavy objects on it to avoid damage and unsightly indentations.
To clean your custom foam boards, wipe the surface with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. If more extensive cleaning is required, you can use a citrus-based cleaner or a 70:30 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Dab the cleaning solution on a clean piece of cloth and wipe the surface until clean.

Customer Questions
You would need to order the five signs separately if they have any difference in the design or artwork. If you encounter any problems uploading the artwork due to file size issues and you need an option to upload these more efficiently, please give us a call for assistance.
If you upload a file designed on your own using a design application like Adobe Illustrator, Powerpoint or even Canva, once you upload the design and add it to cart, the system will also ask you to create an account where it will be saved under the Orders and Proofs Tab.
If you design anything on our website, when you click on "Save", the System will ask you to create an account. Once you create an account, the design is automatically saved under the "Saved Design" tab in your account.
Unfortunately, for Foam Boards, there isn't an online Design Tool feature. This means you will need to design the artwork offline from any of the applications mentioned above and upload the file. However, if your order is square, rectangular or even circular, you can actually go to a product like our Wall Decals which has a Design Tool option. Click on "Design Online", complete your design and save. If it isn't a custom shape and the size is the same, you can call us at 888.888.4211 and speak to a Customer Support Representative. They can actually grab the file you designed under the Wall Decal and use it for the Foam Board product if the size you designed is the same .
Unfortunately not. The largest easels we have are 15" and they may not be effective anymore for those larger sizes. They are only offered up to the 18" x 36" and 24" x 24" Foam Boards. The 22" x 28" size also does not have an option for the easel.
You may use concrete screws, self drilling screws, standoffs, washers or wedge anchors. However, since the material is foam board, the screws may seem to be made of stronger material than the sign so you need to be careful that once these are drilled, it must just be enough to firmly hold the sign in place but not enough to tear through. As such we have options that do not require hole drilling such as double sided adhesive strips, 3 M command strips and velcro. Some customers have also used putty, wood glue or carpenter's glue.
You may also wish to take a look at our Metal or Aluminum Signs as these are sturdier and mounting them with screws would seem more appropriate.
